STEALING WILL NEVER MAKE YOU RICH
(Ephesians 4:28 KJV)
“Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.”
Stealing has never made anyone rich, and where thieves became rich, it didn’t last at all; it’s short lived. I have seen many so-called rich people who stole to make money end with worse poverty than they had before. The following are the reasons a thief can never be rich.
i. Firstly, you are in partnership with satan.
Satan has a three fold assignment, which is to steal kill and destroy (John 10:10). So, to be a thief is to be a branch of satanic operation here on earth.
ii. The grief of victims will judge you.
Whether you stole by the pen or the gun, people always end up crying and grieving when you steal from them. In fact, in many cases, people die due to your action of stealing. They will not need to pray against you for all kinds of wrong set of events to reach towards you.
iii. The law of seed time and harvest will work against you. God is not mocked, Whatever a man sows, that shall he also reap” Galatians 6:7-8.
iv. You will not be able to do acceptable giving.
Remember that it is only in giving that we proper, as far as God is concerned. So, when you give as a thief, God will reject it, because He does not accept the sacrifices of the wicked. (Proverbs 15:8).
Action Points/Prayer
-Ask God to take away all forms of greed and stealing from your life.
-Ask God to baptize you with the spirit of contentment.
Nugget
It is only in giving that we proper, as far as God is concerned. So, when you give as a thief, God will reject it, and you cannot prosper.
