YOU WERE NOT JUST BORN BUT SENT
(Isaiah 9:6 KJV)
“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace”.
Life will be very miserable when all that you know about yourself is the fact that you were born. Our ultimate example is Jesus Christ the son of the Living God Himself. It was declared of Him as recorded in our text that He was not just born but was sent as a gift to the earth, and no one can deny the fact that His life has impacted and changed the world for good.
In the same vein you were both born and sent to this world to be a blessing to your generation and then to leave a legacy behind. When you come to this world, you landed as a child, but soon after, you are supposed to realize that you were actually a gift packaged in flesh and bones. Your assignment is to deliver that treasure inside of you, and by no means die with it.
Someone once said we are like arrows of God made in eternity by the father, and then fired into time with a message, to hit a target with indelible impact. After which we make a safe landing back into eternity with a record of the successful mission you embarked on. We are not wanderers, we are not loafers, we are not passers by, we are men and women on a mission.
Receive the grace to find and fulfill your mission in Jesus Name.

-Lord please show me my mission on earth in Jesus Name.
Lord please kill every distraction on my path of destiny in Jesus Name.
