“Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered”.
One easy way that satan frustrates your prayer life is by setting you against your spouse. Nothing known to man kills prayer like friction between you and your spouse; Reason being that, after the HolySpirit, the next closest person to you is your spouse. The attack of marital peace is an attack in the core of your life, it is a sentence to a life of unproductivity. It is worse for you as the man of the house or the husband; because what allows your life make sense is answered prayers.
It has been discovered that powers of darkness cannot penetrate a family until one spouse is set against the other. That way the hedge breaks and the enemy’s mission succeeds. Therefore, you are the determinant factor for the enemy’s success in your life and family.
I counsel that you lay aside your pride, grievances and bitterness for the sake of the greater good of the family, and see to it that peace reigns in your family by all means. Let it be known to you that your spouse is not the real problem here, the enemy just wants to cripple your prayer lives with the friction. Receive grace to discern and tackle the enemy with a robust prayer life, and your prayers shall not be hindered Jesus Name.

ii. Quickly apologize where necessary.
iii. Ask God for the humility to end disagreements on time.
Prayer
-Lord I thank you for today’s word in Jesus Name.
-Lord I receive the grace to cast down all forms of pride in Jesus Name.
-I receive the power to end strives and disagreements on time in Jesus Name.
Nugget
