THE QUICKENING SPIRIT
(Romans 8:11 KJV)
“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you”.
The Bible says in 2Timothy 1:7 that “we have not received the spirit of fear but of love, power and sound mind”. When you received Jesus into your life, the Spirit of God made an entry into your life, and that Spirit brought with him love, power and sound mind. So, you have to see yourself from the day you discover this scripture as a loving person, a person of sound mind and power. It doesn’t matter what you look like, what matters is what God has said about you.
The second thing you have to realize is that the Spirit that came into your life is the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead. Jesus laid in the grave after He was crucified, and when it was time for Him to rise from the dead, the one who was responsible for His resurrection was no other than the Holy Spirit of God. The Spirit of God went into Him in His dead state and raised Him up; cutting off the spirit of death from His life. Now, God is saying to us today that the Spirit that dwells in us is not a similar spirit, not a familiar spirit but the SAME Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead. This is the exact same Spirit that dwells in us.
The Spirit has the same power now, as it did then, it possesses the same nature and force to do now, what it did in the time of Jesus Christ. But if you do not know this, you will never be able to demand it and appropriate it. If that Spirit could call Jesus back from the dead and raise Him up, then it definitely has more than enough power to quicken your mortal body, to heal your sickness, to renew your system and keep you healthy. Praise the Lord! I therefore charge you to connect with that same Spirit, which is also called the Spirit of life and receive rejuvenation for your entire body in Jesus Name.

i. Thank God for the in dwelling of the Holy Spirit in your life today.
ii. Begin to make demands on the Holy Spirit to renew and quicken your body from any kind of sickness or breakdown in health.
iii. Thank God for your new health, whether you see evidence of it or not.

-Lord I thank you for the quickening of my body in Jesus Name.
-Father I thank you for my health and for the correct functioning of my body in Jesus Name.
*Nugget*
The Spirit that dwells in us is not a similar spirit, not a familiar spirit but the SAME Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead.
